OSD Community COVID Drive-Thru PCR Testing

The Oregon School District is partnering with Fitchburg Pharmacy to offer convenient drive-thru PCR testing to individuals in the Oregon community (age 1+). Please familiarize yourself with the testing procedures to make the testing process as quick and efficient as possible for everyone. - Location: Netherwood Knoll / Prairie View Elementary parking lot (enter Soden Dr.)
- Testing Times: 8:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
- please do not arrive outside of these times
- leave plenty of time to get your test; the testing site closes promptly at 1:00 p.m.

How long will it take to get my results?
Due to high volume, it may take approximately 2-3 days. Results will be emailed to you at the email address you entered during registration.
You may be able to get results quicker through Exact Sciences MyChart. If you do not already have an account, click here to create an account.

Do I need to register before coming to the testing site?
Yes. You must register prior to coming to the testing site. After registering, you will receive a QR code, which you must bring to the site to be tested.

How do I register and get my QR code?
You must register and get a QR code for each person being tested BEFORE coming to the testing site.
Registration Instructions
- Click on the registration link:
- Follow the prompts to complete the screening questionnaire, which includes questions about any symptoms and contact information.
- When asked to select a testing location, select "I'm being tested at a non public site"
- After making this selection you are finished and will receive the confirmation screen listed below. You will not be asked to pick an appointment time or specify a location.
- Your QR code will be sent to the email you entered during the registration process.
- Bring this QR code with you to the testing site.

When is testing available?
Drive-thru testing is available between 8:15 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Tests will not be availble outside of these times.
Wait time can vary depending on volume. Please leave plenty of time to get your test; the testing site will close promptly at 1:00 p.m.

Will I be assigned a specific appointment time?
No. Once you have registered and received your QR code, you may go to the drive-thru testing site anytime between 8:15 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

What do I do with my test results?
Please send student and staff test results to health.services@OregonSD.org.

What ages does the OSD testing serve?
OSD families and caregives may bring children age 1+ to the testing site. Please contact your primary care clinic to test children under the age of 1.

What if I am waiting in line at 1:00 p.m. when the testing site closes?
Testing resources provided by Fitchburg Pharmacy are available only from 8:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The testing site will close promptly at 1:00.
If you are still in line at 1:00 p.m. and have not been tested, please come back during the next testing window: 8:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
We urge you to leaveplenty of time to get your test; wait times vary depending on volume.

What kind of test will be administered at the site?
Fitchburg Pharmacy will be administering a PCR test.

What if I forget to bring my QR code?
You must bring your QR code to the drive-thru testing site.
If you are unable to access your code when you arrive, please park in the parking spot labeled "COVID Parking" and the pharmacy technician can help look up the QR code by name, date of birth, or email address. Please be patient, as this may take some time.
