Forest Edge Elementary School was recently named a 2023 Green Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. This honor recognizes schools for their dedication to sustainability and environmental education among students, staff, and the community.
"This recognition is one example of our District's commitment to environmental sustainability that is embraced across our entire district in policy and practice. We are proud of the passion our staff and students have for learning about sustainability and making healthy choices, which are important lifelong skills."
