7th Grade Supplies List

School supply lists are the same across grade levels throughout the district.

Supplies may need to be replenished throughout the school year as needed.  If you need assistance with providing supplies for your student, please complete this School Supply Request Form. 

7th Grade Supplies List
Step 1: Please assist your student in choosing ONE of the organization systems:
Students need a way to remain organized for their classes. We want them to choose a system that will work for them. Many 7th Graders find one of the three options shown below to be helpful.
System 1 Large binder with dividers for all classes.
System 2 Two larger binders with dividers (one binder for AM and one binder for PM)
System 3 1” binders for Science, Math, Health and Geography (4 binders total)

 

Step 2: Please provide all of these General Supplies for your student.
  • 72 pencils (#2) / Eraser
  • 1 Pack of 3x3 post-its
  • 2 glue sticks
  • 1 pack loose-leaf paper
  • 1 pkg colored pencils (12 count)
  • 2 Extra fine-point sharpies
  • 2 highlighters
  • 4 thin dry erase markers (black)
  • Assignment Notebook or Planner
  • 2 pkgs of 3”x 5” note cards
  • Wired headphones with a microphone attached

 

Step 3. Please provide the following supplies for each class in which they are enrolled:
Algebra (1) 1” binder, (1) spiral notebook, (4) AAA batteries, 4-pk dry erase markers, Scientific or graphing calculator (optional)
Art None
Band (1) Hi-Polymer block eraser, name tag for instrument, Instrument Specific Book and Cleaning Supplies
Orchestra Luggage-style name tag on instrument case with first and last name and address clearly written, shoulder rest (for all violin/viola students), (1) set of all 4 strings for repairing broken strings if necessary (only students of owned instruments)
Choir (1) narrow-ruled spiral notebook (100 pages)
English (2) notebooks (any type)
Geography (1) 1” binder
German (1) folder, supply of pencils/pens, (1) highlighter, (1) dry erase board marker (needed daily)
Health (1) folder
Heritage Spanish (1) folder
Spanish None if choosing organizational System 1 or 2; (1) 1" binder if choosing System 3
Math 7 (1) spiral notebook, Scientific Calculator (TI-30X works great)
Math 8 (1) spiral notebook, Scientific Calculator (TI-30X works great)
Phy Ed Students are not required to wear a PE uniform. However, each student needs to be prepared to be active for every PE class: athletic footwear and appropriate clothing for physical activity required. Locks are not a requirement but are strongly recommended.
Science (1) pocket folder, (1) composition notebook (100 pages); (3) boxed rolls of transparent tape
STEAM (1) graph/grid lined composition notebook (100 pages)
