2025-2026 Registration

During the annual update you will be asked to:

• Verify and/or update your contact information
• Update your student’s health information
• Review / update your student’s photo sharing permissions
• Confirm you have received a copy of your student’s family handbook
• Pay fees and/or add money to meal accounts (if applicable)
• Verify transportation needs and update information in the new SchoolBus Manager transportation system (families eligible for bus transportation)

Teacher assignments will be available online via the Infinite Campus (IC) Portal beginning August 11.

You must complete the registration process BEFORE you can see your student's schedule and/or teacher assignment. 

• Log into the Campus Parent Portal: OregonSD.org/portal

• On the left hand side of the screen, click on “Schedule”

• To switch between children, in the upper right hand corner, click on Student Name and choose the next student.

Bus transportation sign up is done in the SchoolBus Manager system.  If you have already signed up for the 2025-26 school year, there is nothing else you need to do at this time. If your student will be riding the bus this school year and you have not signed up or you have had changes since signing up, you can make updates at this time. 

If your student has an IEP that includes special transportation, you do not have to put anything into SchoolBus Manager. We have your information and will be in contact with you.

NOTE: Changes and requests generally take 2 business days to process, and potentially more when volume is high. The status of any updates or requests can be found by logging back into the system and clicking on 'Requests.'

Bus stops and times will be available mid-August. All families registered in SchoolBus Manager will receive an email when bus routes are updated.  You can find out more about our OSD transportation on our Transportation webpage.    

Bus pick-up and drop-off times are subject to change; you are strongly encouraged to check your student’s bus times the day before school begins to note any updates. There will be variations in route times during the first few weeks of school while new students learn to board / depart the bus and learn the routine.

You may apply for Free or Reduced-priced meals ANY TIME during the school year, and you may re-apply if your application was denied OR if your situation changes and you need assistance now, but did not need it earlier in the year. To apply for free/reduced meal prices click here.

School supply lists are the same across grade levels throughout the district.  Supply lists for students in Kindergarten - grade 8 can be found at  OregonSD.org/Supplies.

Prepackaged school supply boxes shipped directly to your home are available at SchoolToolBox.com. Orders must be placed at least 10 days before supplies are needed.

Oregon High School does not have a published list of supplies because of the large variety of course options available to students. On the first day of classes, teachers will communicate any class-specific supplies to students. Notebooks, folders, and ample writing materials (pencils and pens) are good general supplies to begin the school year.
