2023-2024 Annual Online Registration Begins August 10
-
We are excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! All students, new and returning, are required to register for the 2023-2024 school year by completing the online registration process.
Registration Process
-
All families will receive an email invitation on August 10, 2023 from the Oregon School District with instructions for completing online registration. The annual registration process is your opportunity to ensure that the information we have for you and your student is correct and updated in the Oregon School District database. This is important for ensuring that you receive OSD communications and information throughout the school year.
Completing this annual update requires you to have an Infinite Campus (IC) Portal account. IC is a secure electronic system that provides access to your child’s student ID number, attendance records, grades, food account balances, contact preferences, and more. If you already have an account you do not need to create a new one. If you need help creating an account or need assistance with the registration process, please email portal@OregonSD.org or contact OSD Registrar, Laura Kriebs at 835-4033.
NOTE: We are aware that some may have attempted to complete registration during the time we were updating the registration system. If you logged in and made updates prior to August 10, you did not complete all of the registration questions and your registration is not complete. Please log in after receiving the official registration email on August 10 and complete the official process to ensure that registration is complete.
Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find bus route information?
We have a new transportation system this year, which requires all families who are eligible for transportation to take action by Thursday, August 17. If your student is not eligible for transportation services, there is nothing you need to do.
Transportation Eligibility: Resident students who are in grades 4K-8 and live more than one-half mile from their school, and resident students who are in grades 9-12 and live over two miles from the high school are eligible for district transportation (see School Board Policy 751).
To help us create the best bus routes, we are asking all families eligible for transportation to make sure we have the most updated information by logging into the SchoolBus Manager system. In the system you will:
- Let us know whether your student will be riding the bus;
- Verify your address & contact information;
- Add any student health / allergy information you would like to share your bus driver; and
- Enter any alternate pick-up/drop-off requests (e.g., dropped off at daycare after school).
Here are step-by-step instructions / (Spanish) for navigating SchoolBus Manager.
NOTE: Changes and requests generally take 2 business days to process, and potentially more when volume is high. The status of any updates or requests can be found by logging back into the system and clicking on 'Requests.'
Bus pick-up and drop-off times are subject to change; you are strongly encouraged to check your student’s bus times the day before school begins to note any updates. Please know that there will be variations in route times during the first few weeks of school while new students learn to board / depart the bus and learn the routine.
Please direct all transportation questions to transportation@OregonSD.org or 608-835-4032.

Where can I find information on school meals?
Below are resources to help you determine if your student will eat school meals or bring food from home.
You may apply for Free or Reduced-priced meals ANY TIME during the school year, and you may re-apply if your application was denied OR if your situation changes and you need assistance now, but did not need it earlier in the year. If you have questions, please call or email Sarah at 608-835-4036, OSDMeals@oregonsd.org. To apply for free/reduced meal prices click here.

4K Handbook
Kindergarten - Grade 6 Handbook
Grade 7-8 Handbook
Grade 9-12 Handbook -
Where can I find school supply lists?
School supply lists are the same across grade levels throughout the district. Supply lists for students in Kindergarten - grade 8 can be found at OregonSD.org/Supplies.
Prepackaged school supply boxes shipped directly to your home are available at SchoolToolBox.com. Orders must be placed at least 10 days before supplies are needed.
Oregon High School does not have a published list of supplies because of the large variety of course options available to students. On the first day of classes, teachers will communicate any class-specific supplies to students. Notebooks, folders, and ample writing materials (pencils and pens) are good general supplies to begin the school year.
If you need assistance with providing supplies for your student, please contact your school's student services office.
