2021-2022 Annual Online Registration Begins August 16, 2021
-
We are excited to welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year! We can't wait to be back together and encourage you to check out our Back Together Plan / Plan de Regreso a la Escuela here. All students, new and returning, are required to register for the 2021-2022 school year by completing the online registration process.
Registration Process
-
All families received an email invitation from the Oregon School District with instructions for completing online registration. The annual registration process is your opportunity to ensure that the information we have for your and your student is correct and updated in the Oregon School District database. This is important for ensuring that you receive OSD communications and information throughout the school year.
Completing this annual update requires you to have an Infinite Campus (IC) Portal account. IC is a secure electronic system that provides access to your child’s student ID number, attendance records, grades, food account balances, contact preferences, and more. If you already have an account you do not need to create a new one. If you need help creating an account or need assistance with the registration process, please email portal@OregonSD.org or contact OSD Registrar, Jennifer Hansen at 835-4033.
Log into Campus Portal to begin registration.

What's new this year?
This year the online registration process will give families the opportunity to share information that will help to expedite our health and safety policies in the event students display symptoms or are identified as a close contact at school, including:
- Student vaccination information - guidance from public health agencies indicates that students who have been fully vaccinated and are not symptomatic do not need to quarantine if exposed to COVID-19; if you prefer not to provide this information, the District will assume your student is not vaccinated.
- Approval for COVID-19 testing at school - as a convenience to you, we are partnering with ORCHARDS and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to offer free COVID-19/Influenza testing at school in our health office by our trained nurses and health paraprofessionals for students who develop COVID-19 symptoms while at school. Should your student come to the health room when not feeling well, we will contact you to pick your student up from school, and then perform the test if you have provided this consent. The tests that will be performed if you give consent include the EUA-quidel rapid test and the EUA - CDC multiplex PCR confirmatory test.
Providing vaccination information and approving COVID-19 testing is optional.
