2020-2021 Annual Online Registration

  • We are excited to welcome you to the 2020-2021 school year in the Oregon School District. Due to the pandemic, registration will be conducted virtually this year. If you require assistance with the registration process, please contact Jennifer Hansen: 835-4033 or jrhansen@OregonSD.org.

For more information about plans for the 2020-2021 school year visit OregonSD.org/fall2020.

Registration Begins August 24, 2020

  • All students are required to register for the 2020-2021 school year by completing the online registration process. On August 24, families will receive an email invitation from the Oregon School District to complete the online registration process (instructions will be provided). During this annual update you will be asked to:

    • Verify and/or update your contact information
    • Update your child's health information
    • Review and/or update your child's photo and video conferencing permissions
    • Confirm that you have received a copy of your school's family handbook (see below)

Completing this annual update requires you to have an Infinite Campus (IC) Portal account. IC is a secure electronic system that provides access to your child’s student ID number, attendance records, grades, food account balances, contact preferences, and more.

If you already have an account you do not need to create a new one. If you need help creating an account, please email portal@OregonSD.org or contact Jennifer Hansen at 835-4033.

Once you have completed the online registration process your child will be registered for the 2020-2021 school year.

2020-2021 School Handbooks

  • You will be asked to verify that you have received your school's handbook during the registration process. You may review the handbooks using the links below; links to the handbooks will also be available during the online registration process.

To address our current environment, handbooks begin with a special section on procedures related to COVID-19. Many of the other topics included in the handbooks are specific to the in-person learning format, which will be relevant as public health indicators improve and we are able to phase students back into our schools.
