I have been the school counselor at Netherwood Knoll Elementary School since the 2016-2017 school year.  Prior to her position at Netherwood Knoll, I taught fifth grade at Rome Corners Intermediate School for seven years.  Prior to coming to the Oregon School District, I taught middle school in the Oshkosh Area School District for two years.  I am passionate about working with students and creating a school climate where all children thrive.  I have two children who attend school in Oregon, and am proud to be a part of the Netherwood and Oregon communities.

Hello, my name is Kelsey Antoniewicz and I am the School Psychologist at Netherwood Knoll Elementary and Prairie View Elementary. Michelle Kretschman

I am the district’s Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coach for PreK-6th grade. Before entering this role, I served as a special education teacher for over 20 years in diversified settings. The focus of the SEL Coach is increasing the internal capacity of OSD educators to meet the academic and social/emotional needs of our learners through: partnering with OSD educators in creating personalized, responsive classroom and school environments, as well as facilitating multiple types of professional learning opportunities in alignment with our instructional vision, data-determined needs, and OSD values.

My focus is integrating social/emotional competencies into tier 1 instruction.  Areas of focus will be developed collaboratively with the administrators and student services staff with a goal of consistency across the buildings and social emotional wellness for all students with a whole child focus. I have deep roots within the OSD community and have two children who attend OSD schools.
