ParentConnect offers places for caregivers and young children (birth to 5 years) to play, learn and have fun! Imagination Station operates year-round, and Open Gym operates November - March.

A FREE drop-in playroom for parents and caregivers with children ages 0-5. Come meet others and explore fun (and educational) toys including a kitchen play area, train table, dramatic play/dress-up clothes and much more! This program is not staffed.

You will need to check in with a driver’s license at the front desk of the District Office.

Monday – Friday, mid-day, depending on gym availablity. We'll post details here in October!
Bikes, balls and other toys are available for large motor activity and fun!
Open Gym will be cancelled when there is no school or elementary students have indoor recess due to rainy or very cold weather. If the weather is questionable, please call 608-835-4097 to make sure we're open!

Join us once a month for a FREE open gym for the younger set! We’ll have lots of fun activities set up and a walk-around story with Kelly Allen, Oregon Public Library Children’s Librarian.
Please enter through Door 8 (District Office) or Door 10 (Main St Parking Lot). Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Early Literacy CarePacks
Theme-based backpacks filled with books, toys, games and activities are available for check out from the Oregon Public Library. These CarePacks are designed to provide pre-literacy skills to children ages birth to 5 through playful interaction with an adult. Located near the Children's Fiction collection.
Themes include Chef, What Color is it, Community Helpers, Baby Beluga and many more! For a complete list and details on how to borrow a kit, please visit the Oregon Public Library website.
