Our electronic flyer system saves trees, cuts costs, and makes things simpler for local community organizations, families, students, teachers and staff. For Local Community Program Partners

All flyers are required to align with Board Policy 812:

Beneficial to Residents: Local programs or opportunities that are beneficial to residents of the School District - especially children and families.
Educational Value: Have a legitimate educational, cultural, civic, and/or recreational purpose.
Affordable: Are offered at an affordable or no cost.
Non-Endorsement Disclaimer: All materials must include the following disclaimer: "The distribution or display of materials should not be understood to constitute the endorsement or approval of the Oregon School District."
Font Size Requirement: Flyers must contain font sizes no less than size 12 point (16 pixel).
ADA Compliance: Please include a separate text version of the contents on the flyer for ADA purposes.
Release and Expiration Dates: Include the date you would like the flyer to be released and when you would like the flyer to expire. Keep in mind that flyers will only be uploaded once per week.
Approval Criteria: Flyers will not be approved unless they have met the above-mentioned criteria, as outlined in District policy.

Materials that are not appropriate for distribution include but are not limited to:

Those that profit an individual or group of individuals.
Disrupt the instructional process or educational mission of the school.
Are lewd or obscene.
Encourages illegal activities.
Organizations that are not local.

No commercial publications are appropriate except those whose purpose is to further a school activity such as graduation, class pictures, or class rings.

Please read the following requirements for uploading your flyer:

PNG or JPG image format @ 300 pixels per inch resolution
8.5" x 11"
Portrait orientation
Minimum 12-point (16 px) font (for accessibility)

Note the following:

Links embedded in the flyer are not supported (but can be used in the text accompanying the flyer).
We strongly encourage you to send your flyer in English and Spanish as a 2-image flyer. Please do not rely on Google Translate or other electronic translations.
