A Day in the Life of a Kindergartener

  • We understand that families of incoming kindergarten students may have questions about what their child will experience in our schools. This video was created with real teachers and students from all of our elementary schools, and intended to share a glimpse into what a day in kindergarten is like for our children. It is a widely known that the Oregon School District has a strong mission, vision, and values that guides our approach and work with all children. This means that you can expect your new kindergarten student to enjoy the same high quality educational experiences, regardless of which school they attend.
