Initial Educators will          

§         Meet regularly with the mentor to discuss practice

§         Keep a record of reflections and Reflective Prompt replies

§         Read information related to teacher practices and standards

§         Complete self- assessments

§         Participate in at least 4  formal observation cycles

§         Observe 2 other professionals

§         Attend 5 Professional Development Opportunities during year

§         Document all professional development activities completed
