Netherwood Knoll Elementary provides a nurturing environment that celebrates, empowers, and teaches students with acceptance and understanding of individual gifts, needs, and learning styles.  We continually evaluate and reflect on current practice, striving to create the most effective, child-centered learning environment, and allow research-based methods to guide our instruction.

Netherwood Knoll Elementary provides a safe environment that encourages independence and the development of problem solving skills and offers the opportunity for students to reach their full potential.

Community

Families, students, school personnel, and the community are actively involved in the education of our children, fostering a cohesive life-long learning experience.

Netherwood Knoll Elementary is a collaborative community where everyone possesses a sense of responsibility, respect, and safety.  As a community of learners, we promote integrity, creativity, and self worth.  We recognize and value the individual needs, gifts, and contributions of students, teachers, administrators, and support staff, and accept the roles we take in learning together.
