Custodial and Maintenance Staff

In the Oregon School District, we consider our custodians to be far more than just “janitors". The term “Custodian” actually means Caretaker. Our Custodians are the caretakers of our facilities. Not only do they clean the buildings every day, they also monitor the condition of the facilities, making minor repairs as needed and reporting major concerns to the Director of Operations and the Maintenance Department. They keep the grounds pruned and trimmed, set up for special events, athletic programs, etc and often times take on improvement projects which might involve construction.
