Ron Novinska Groundskeeper   Ron Novinska has been with the district since 1994.  He started as a custodian, then became the district driver and now he is the district's groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper position was created in 2002 to keep up with the growing demands of the athletic fields.    Due to Ron's dedication to his job, he earned "Field of the Year" for the Football Field in 2003.  Currently, he is the only employee who has studied for and received his Pesticide Certification.
