The Middle School uses an acronym called C.A.R.E. which stands for Citizenship, Attitude, Responsibility, and Excellence/Effort. It gives guidelines on what we as teachers expect for behavior in all areas of school. Here is a link for the C.A.R.E. Criteria.  In addition to the C.A.R.E. philosophy in our Middle School, I expect one thing:

When you walk through that door, I expect your very BEST. I come to school everyday giving you my best. I am prepared to teach, I have the materials you need, I have the determination and attitude to get through what we need to get through. If I'm sick, tired, angry, frustrated, or the Packers lost - I still give you my best. Because I am here for you. - I expect the same out of you.
