Academic Expectations	Behavior Expectations
1. All students CAN learn.	1. All students WILL behave in class.
2. All students need to TRY to learn as much as possible.	2. All students SHOULD be able to learn.
3. All students WILL do their own work (unless the teacher assigns group work). Copying is not acceptable and will result in a zero for both parties.	3.   Students will follow the school's CARE criteria.
4. All students are responsible for their learning.	4.  Student misbehaviors are listed in the Student Handbook
5. A student can retake a test IF he/she receives a "C" or lower on the test. The highest grade on the second test will be a "B-". A student needs to contact Mrs. Owens AFTER he/she has reread the chapter and has studied.
6. Grades are as follows: 100-90=A; 89-80=B; 79-70=C; 69-60=D; and below 60=F
7. A student should ask Mrs. Owens for help.
