Craig Loram has been with the Oregon School District since February 1992. Starting as a substitute custodian, he has worked his way up to his current position, Director of Operations which he has held since August 1st, 1995.
The Maintenance and Operations Department services 6 school and support sites as well as the Oregon Community Pool. Mr. Loram is responsible for the complete maintenance, construction and operations for all of the district properties. This includes planning, budget, and overseeing the work to be done by others.
There are three elementary schools, an intermediate school (5th/6th), a middle school (7th and 8th), a high school, community pool and district offices.
There are 30 custodians on Craig's staff, as well as two maintenance employees and one groundskeeper.
