If  a family does not have Internet access please obtain a paper form at a school or contact Community Education at 835-4097.  A volunteer packet is also available at http://www.oregonsd.org/site_uploads/news/newsfile66_5.pdf .

Background checks must be completed at least 7-10 work days prior to the event or classroom duty you wish to volunteer for.
